This is an in studio experience with a trainer who is with you from your first day until you’ve reached your goal. I design a comprehensive program that begins with an initial body assessment of body fat testing, measurements and initial weigh in. After goals are established we then create a custom macro based meal plan based on flexible dieting and guidance is given throughout your program for additional guided workouts on your own a cardio program and supplements recommendations.

I believe in working smarter not harder.  Training Programs are developed based on your personal fitness goals and are modified continuously to keep you challenged. 

Alina offers Macro-based meal plans that allow for Flexible Dieting. I teach my clients how to incorporate Macro Nutrition into everyday life.  All plans are designed according to current eating habits, height/weight and activity level. Being accountable towards achieving your goals is the difference between success and failure and with Alina there is only one option
